Water and Sewage

We know Hall Farm is to be built next to a flood plain. We know Climate change is likely to make flooding worse over the coming years. We also know sewage and waste disposal is an issue at other SDLs and that the Arborfield Sewage Treatment plant is not up to even the current task, never mind adding thousands more houses.
