Services and Amenities

Otherwise known as infrastructure, we know Arborfield Green SDL over promised and under delivered. We can use this to gather support from people who feel let down by WBC and developers such as Crest. Richard is lead on this but so far is working on his own. We need to get more people involved. Note, it is possible to be a contributor to several groups if you can hack it, but each group only has one lead. A "working document" is attached below.
